Receive a response within 24 hours
After gathering your basic information, an attorney will contact you within 24 hours for a free evaluation. (We may ask you to provide additional information in order to evaluate your case. In this situation, evaluation will not be conducted until we receive the requested information from you.) If you live close to our office, you can schedule an appointment with our attorney for a free evaluation.

Sign-off agreement
We will send you a retainer agreement. Please review the agreement and return the signed agreement along with payment to our office.

Collect information and documents
We will send you a questionnaire and a checklists regarding your application. Please fill out the questionnaire and return it to our office with requested documents.

Prepare the application
Our attorney will prepare your application and ask you to review and sign the application.

Checking application status
You can either check your case status online or contact us. During preparation of your application, you can call us for questions regarding your case. We charge a flat fee for our services, and telephone inquiries are already included.
